Tech arrived promptly, acted professionally, worked efficiently. Spent over an hour checking everything. I was very pleased.
Travis was very informative regarding what he did in regards to our problem. Rather than jump to an expensive solution they performed extra tests and decided we needed refrigerant. If that doesn't solve the issue in the long-term we will still be satisfied. We definitely plan to use Professional for any of our heating and cooling needs.
I almost failed to mention that I called this morning for service and while I didn't expect them to be able to get to us today they did!
This team was wonderful. I had a very old unit that quit. I had one room that never cooled to the point you would have to go to the other side of the house. Part of the insulation was not sufficient either.
Due to work and family, I had very little time to do an installation. This amazing team was able to do insulation, install the new unit, thermostat, add a new vent, clean the old ducts, sent James to do the post check up, left the manual where I could find it, and answered all my questions. All of the installation was done in 1 day because they were able to send a second team to help with the insulation. With my schedule, that was amazing.
I appreciate James checking things for me and answering my questions. This unit is the best. My energy bill is already way down.
Would definitely recommend his company to anyone
