We definitely thank Professional Heating and Air repair so much for the prompt, friendly, awesome service!! The Customer service rep was so sweet and friendly, and the tech Steven they sent out was so friendly, honest, and professional!! Truly a genuine caring company!!
From the second I called untill the moment the installers left my house professional heating and air definitely lived up to their name and were nothing but professional the entire experience.
I have to add a little disclaimer that the original ac that I had installed by them turned out to not be large enough of a unit to properly cool our home, however the day we got the initial quote james had told me that if for whatever reason we are not satisfied with the unit he will rip that one out and replace it with a brand new one that works and is to our satisfaction. However during this whole process of getting a new ac system and having to then again get a larger one to handle the hot Louisiana summer i still give james and his company 5 stars ???? with 100% satisfaction.
James had informed me that after 9 years of being in business that I was the first customer in witch he has had to switch the whole unit out. My professional opinion of James and his team is just that a professional company that holds true on their word and doesn't stop untill your satisfaction is at 100%
