Had a great experience with Professional Heating and Air! Chase was very thorough and friendly, after checking our unit he gave us his recommendation and explained what we would need to do in detail to have a more energy efficient cooling unit. I called the office and spoke to Jennifer who was both friendly and helpful in making sure we had all we needed to have an awesome experience with their company!

From the moment we made an appointment through the virtual appointment portal to the installation of the new motor in our air conditioner the service and attentiveness of everyone at Professional Heating & Air was top notch! Robin was so courteous and assisted us every step of the process as our motor type was one that wasn't easy to track down. Seth was STELLAR!
