Tech came out same day and fixed an issue we had with our secondary HVAC unit. Showed me ways to help prevent it myself which I appreciated since the price was a little more than I expected. But they got the Job done and I even signed up for a yearly maintance to hopefully help avoid these issues in the first place.

Our a/c went out on Sunday and within an hour of us calling, Mr. Randy was knocking on our door. He thoroughly checked out our system and realized a recent lightning storm had short circuit our system frying a wire and damaged our capacitor. He was able to temporarily get us running and ordered a new capacitor as well as a surge protector. We will be all set by Friday thanks to Mr. Randy and this great company.

Overall very good work. I did an AC system replacement. They are not the cheapest but they will tell you that upfront. And they were right. However they are very knowledgeable. Kyle was the guy that came out to give me a quote. He walked me through every part and explained every detail. He didn't just except what was already there and replace it. He took his time, did the calculations, and explained it all to me to make sure the system I would get was right for my house. Better experience than other companies for quotes.

The installation will be a full 8 hour day with two guys working the job. My indoor system is also in the attic so I'm sure that factors into the time. They do a follow up visit after the system has ran for a while to make sure everything was done properly. This was my first time replacing an AC system and it was a good experience.

The dings to my experience are on installation day they arrived 40mins after the initial time. The follow up visit was canceled the first time due to the rain however the office called the wrong number to cancel it. I had to call them to ask if they were coming to find out it was canceled. I'm hoping that was a one time mistake but significant me as I had to take off work and I wasn't in the area in that morning so I had to drive 40mins there instead of my closer work destination. Yes, I did receive an apology when I called. The rescheduled follow-up visit was absolutely on time; 5 mins early. So I do appreciate that. I am still rating 5 stars with the tip of call and verify if 20mins after.

Overall a good experience. Very transparent about pricing, the hardware, and process. I felt that everyone wanted the job done right from the start to the finish.

Called them 5:30 on a Sunday evening because my A/C stopped blowing cold and they were at my house in an hour got it fixed and left. Randy was the guy that came out. He's the man !!!
