Very professional. The guy who came out was polite, informed me of everything he was going to do and how long it would take. Once he was done he went over everything and what he found. He did not try to pressure us into doing any other service but he recommended what he saw that was going to be an issue down the road and gave me pricing of what it would be to fix it. I was very impressed with the service. First time using this company and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to people I know.

A great company who's driving factor is to give each and every customer the best service possible while providing fair and honest pricing and an environment where the customer is left knowing he received the best service possible and wasn't "strong-armed" into an unneeded costly repair. I recommend Professional Heating and Air to everyone who sees value in a company's ability to put forth that extra level of effort to meet any and all the customers needs, whose workers radiate integrity and professionalism, and where your left feeling satisfied about your experience instead of that ever so familiar "buyers remorse".
