Man, Professional Heating & Air has always done right by us. Ronnie Roundtree was the tech on this service appointment and he has a great attitude, is attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that he has done his best to help! These guys get an A+ in my book!

Had James as my tech this time. Was on time and very polite. Walked me through everything he did and checked and answered any questions I had. Very enjoyable experience and glad I opted for the member package with this company! I suggest everyone does this! Not overly expensive and great at preventive maintenance. Especially living in Louisiana when it's 40 degrees one day and 80 the next!! Never know if you gonna need heat or AC!
