James came out same day when we had a unit go down and spent a considerable amount of time going over all our options. He gave us better information regarding what some other AC repair companies had told us. Their install team was extremely professional and made sure everything was done right. They went above and beyond. The price was a little higher but the company as a whole made us much more comfortable given our past experience with other companies and their financing options were great. I am more than happy to pay a little more up front if it will save me tons of headaches and money down the road and I honestly believe it will with Professional. I work as a QC manager and was thoroughly impressed with the quality program after the install and most people do not understand how truly important that is. Being proactive instead of reactive can catch a lot of problems before they ever happen. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any AC work.
Mr. James was very helpful. And worked me through the process. The ones who install my unit was very Professional. They called and Came back to make sure everything was working properly. Mr. Shane came and check in it. He was very professional. Thanks for all ya did for us.
