Chase did a wonderful job on my annual AC check. We discussed the history and location of the system before he started working. Oh and he arrived in the window expected, actually a few minutes early. After performing the check of the system we discussed his finding. He was able to perform two recommendations on his visit , without having to make a second trip. I know it will be a hot summer and this service will prevent problems. Chase was profession, respectful of my property and friendly.
John, the technician did an amazing job servicing our air conditioning units. He was very thorough and took time to discuss the units in detail.

Grateful for Professional Heating and Air! They sent someone out to us the same day. We received text updates with arrival times and introductions letting us know their tech Seth would be coming to look at our unit. Seth went above and beyond to get our system running again. Our system is honestly working so much better now, we are sticking with this company for our AC and heat maintenance. Ms. Robin was really great as well, I spoke to her at least 3 times over the phone and she was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Alex was prompt, friendly (even with our little dog) and efficient. He completed the HVAC inspection in a timely manner and explained all his findings to us. We have used Professional Heating and Air since your team installed our new HVAC system and then later installed a mini-split in an out building. We like having a vendor we can trust and rely on. Steven was very polite and respectful. He found the problem and explained everything to my understanding. The coils on the inside unit are leaking and needs to be replaced. He explained the cost to have it done and I approved the work. He explained that an appointment would be set up by the office when the work could be done.
