I would like to recommend Professional heating and air from Hammond Louisiana, our system was installed two weeks ago.
it was professionally installed I was very impressed by the thoroughness of their work. Simon and Tony where all business yet courteous and kind in their interaction with me. They left the property clean and discarded everything they need to be discarded.
Today July 10th 2020, Professional heating and air, did the post installation inspection, it was done by Shane.
Shane also showed great professionalism and was thorough in checking all the work previously done I was very please and I would definitely recommend professional Heating & Air.
All of my interaction with the employees including Savanna in the office have been very impressive, they all have shown a genuine concern to meet my every expectation and to satisfy us with the work they've done.
Received a courtesy call 15 minutes before his arrival. He arrived on time in uniform in a well identified vehicle. He was professional and courteous and performed the service in a timely and professional manner.
James was a great service Tech. He identified a disconnect switch in the attic that had melted and posed a fire hazard. He broke down each item on the service list for approval. He made the repairs I chose in a timely manner. Very good service.
He was on time went over everything needed in detail. Thanks a lot for your service.

I can always expect the best service and advice. They took care of my old unit until it finally kicked, including replacing a capacitor at no charge even though it was technically out of warranty by a month.
The installation and new unit are very well valued, the work was done impeccably and their checkups are always professional.
Ronnie came and did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. He was happy to explain what he was doing and the status of my system. Ronnie also did my HVAC PM check-up 1 year ago and again this year. I enjoy him and his work.
