Great and fast service! Steve was able to come out the same day and get things diagnosed and fixed quickly. The price was also very reasonable. I have a few efficency fixes in mind and will be getting quotes soon. ????????
Came home Saturday evening to my AC, not working correctly. I contacted the company since I'm on the maintenance plan and they were going to send someone out. Steven's previous call was taken him longer than they had expected but he still came out to my house about 830/9 o'clock and had my AC running within the hour, he was so nice, professional and compassionate. He is definitely an asset to the company.
Professional H&A did a great job. They were fast and communicated at every turn, which is important since I live out of state. Alex was very professional and did an awesome job!! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why.

We are extremely pleased with Professional Heating & Air. They are reliable, efficient, courteous and really good about service time windows and letting you know when tech is arriving! They stand by their work too! Steven usually is our tech and he is so good with assessing issues and so respectful:)
